The best feature of a twin loft bed is they help maximize your living space with the area under the bed. This means its perfect for a smaller room or apartment, with the mattress being lifted of the ground the area under it is free to use as you need. Some loft beds like the Nerice white wood bunk bed have the free space under neath to use with a desk. This bunk bed includes the desk, some have a open space to design how yu need. The loft bed is a a single bed that is raised on support beams allowing the space underneath to be free, do not get this confused with a bunk bed. A bunk bed has another twin bed under the top frame twin bed.
