We work hard at KFROOMS to keep every customer happy. However buying furniture, including office furniture delivered and assembled, directly from the wholesaler at these prices does mean there are no returns without damage. If your furniture is damaged, we can replace it with the same exact item within 30 days. Our 30 day warranty does not include customer wear and tear. All sales are final, however some wholesalers offer a return, in which a 25% restocking fee is applied, must enquire before item is shipped. Anything from Acme, Modway, Coaster or any design your way/customizable furniture cannot be returned. (Must enquire before placing order to ensure this). Once the furniture has been shipped, delivered or assembled, there cannot be any returns. If furniture is sent back from the customer and the order has been cancelled, shipping fees will not be refunded. Refunds will take place once the furniture has been returned in full. Custom sets and design your way sectionals cannot be returned. Mattresses are final sale. Please note, we cannot guarantee an exact shipping day, as there have been many shipping delays this year. We can only give an estimate. Please send us an email prior to shipping if you need to schedule a day and we can work with you to fit that. All volume discounted orders will be emailed a coupon to check out with. All custom promo codes do not apply to financed orders. Final products may vary in color, finish, size, fabric, or other features. With cut yardage and swatches, fabric patterns and repeats may vary and color variations will occur by dye lot. Please enquire if you have questions about your item before purchasing to confirm the restocking policy. There is a $25 cancellation fee. In order to process any returns or exchanges, we will need the original box and packaging the furniture came in. If you have a claim with a damage from delivery, you must notify us or the delivery team delivering your furniture within 24 hours to file a claim. This will include boxes that are damaged upon arrival. If boxes are in good shape and furniture is damaged you do have a 30 day warranty to replace the damage furniture. All deliveries will be delivered to your front door. (Some areas are not available for white glove or in home delivery). We will never deliver the furniture without confirmation one day prior to delivery. Orders are only delivered when complete. If items are damaged or delayed in your order, items are held until item is complete. We do offer White Glove Service in which deliver & installs the furniture, including office furniture delivered and assembled, pricing quote upon request. Please note, we cannot assemble any ceiling/wall lighting that requires electricity hook up. We do offer shipping to the islands. Just give us your shipping facility, container number and we will take care of the rest.
