Damages & Defects
- 30-Day Replacement: If your furniture arrives damaged or has a manufacturer defect, we will replace it with the exact same item within 30 days of delivery.

Reporting Window: Please inspect your items upon arrival. For shipping damage claims, you must notify us or the delivery team within 24 hours.
Final Sale Policy

General Returns: Most sales are final. Once furniture has been shipped, delivered, or assembled, it cannot be returned.

Exceptions: Some wholesalers allow returns with a 25% restocking fee. Please inquire about your specific item before it ships.

Non-Returnable Items: Items from Acme, Modway, Coaster, custom/design-your-way sets, and mattresses are strictly final sale and cannot be returned.
Refunds

Cancellations: There is a $25 cancellation fee for orders cancelled before shipping.

Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has left the warehouse.

Process: Refunds are processed once the furniture has been returned to us in full and in its original packaging.
