The Grace coffee table in Elephant Grey is the living room anchor of its collection: a 55 inch rectangular top, 30 inches deep and 17 inches high, over two wide drawers that run side by side across the front. Elephant Grey is a soft, light grey with a smooth matte surface and little visible wood grain, a tone that lightens a seating group without the glare of a true white. Each drawer opens with a pair of round black knobs, and the black hardware against the pale case gives the front its crisp contrast and makes the drawer split easy to read from across the room.

The drawer volume is what separates this table from a simple slab on legs. Each interior measures 7.17 inches high by 22.17 inches wide by 14 inches deep, which is blanket and board game territory: a folded throw, a stack of games, remotes, chargers and the household paper that migrates to the living room all disappear behind two shaker style recessed panels. Because the drawers ride full extension ball bearing slides, the back of a 14 inch deep drawer is reachable, and English dovetail joinery keeps the wide boxes square when they are loaded and pulled daily.

At 153 lb a table this size would normally fix a room layout in place, so the Grace coffee table stands on casters set just inside the legs. Rolling the table aside for a workout mat, a holiday tree or a deep clean takes a push rather than a two person lift, and the 30 inch depth still leaves the standard knee room in front of a sofa when the table is parked. The published capacity of 255 lb covers serving trays, book stacks and feet without concern, and the low 17 inch height keeps sight lines open over the top in rooms where the television or a fireplace sits opposite the sofa.

Crown Molded Top and Tapered Legs over a Solid Wood Frame

The case combines mahogany solid wood with mahogany veneer and engineered wood, with zinc hardware and standard casters, finished in Elephant Grey NC lacquer in a light tone. The design language is transitional: a crown molded top edge, shaker style recessed panels on the drawer fronts, gently arched aprons and a matching base rail, and square tapered legs that keep the profile light for a table of this weight. Stepped round knobs finish each drawer front in black, two per drawer, spaced for the wide fronts.

Care for a Light Grey Matte Lacquer

Light finishes forgive dust and show drink rings, so coasters are the working rule on this top, with pads under hot serving pieces. Wipe with a soft dry or slightly damp cloth and dry immediately after; avoid prolonged direct sunlight to keep the grey tone even, and roll the table on its casters rather than dragging it when the drawers are loaded.

Frequently Asked Questions

How large are the drawers in the Grace coffee table?

There are two drawers, and each interior measures 7.17 inches high by 22.17 inches wide by 14 inches deep. Each drawer front carries a pair of round black knobs, the boxes are dovetailed, and both drawers run on full extension ball bearing slides.

Does the Grace coffee table arrive assembled?

Yes. The table arrives fully assembled in one carton measuring 22 inches high by 59 inches wide by 34 inches deep, with a shipping weight of 161 lb, and it ships via Large Parcel. The table itself weighs 153 lb, and its casters make final positioning a one person job.

Can the Grace coffee table be moved for cleaning?

Yes. Standard casters are set just inside the legs, so the table rolls when the layout changes or the floor underneath needs cleaning, even though the frame is mahogany solid wood and engineered wood at 153 lb. Its published weight capacity is 255 lb.

Where is the Grace coffee table made and what warranty applies?

The table is made in Indonesia. It is covered by a 1 year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, running from the date of delivery, and the Elephant Grey finish is an NC lacquer in a light tone.

The side table built to flank this piece carries the same grey finish in a cube form: the grace square end table in elephant grey with a cubby and drawer.
