Averill 7-Piece White Marble Top Dining Set in Dark Grey and Coffee Bean

A 7-piece white marble dining set built on contrast

The Averill 7-Piece does not whisper. A 72-inch white marble top floats over coffee bean tapered legs, and six dark grey side chairs pull the whole composition down to earth – bright stone above, deep grey at seat level. It is the kind of contrast that makes a dining room feel designed rather than assembled, and the transitional styling means it works as well for weeknight dinners as it does for a holiday table. Coaster Furniture builds the table from rubberwood and engineered wood with an oak veneer, giving the marble top a sturdy, well-finished foundation.

Why the dark grey chairs matter

All-white marble sets can float away visually; the dark grey upholstery is what gives this one gravity. Six tall-backed side chairs in dark grey faux leather line the table, their 39-inch backs creating a steady vertical rhythm that frames the marble instead of competing with it. The seats are padded and the backs are tall enough to actually lean into, so the chairs hold their own through long dinners. If you are building the room around the set, our dining chairs collection has companions in lighter finishes for the table ends – or keep all six dark grey for the full monochrome pull.

The honest notes on the marble top

Marble is a natural stone, which means the veining on your tabletop will not match the product photos exactly – every slab is cut differently, and that is the point. What you get is a genuine stone surface with real depth and variation, not a printed pattern. The coffee bean finish on the tapered legs picks up the grey veining and ties the base to the chairs, so the set reads as one piece rather than a table with chairs parked around it. Prefer a warmer take on the same table? The Averill also comes in a tan chair colorway.
