Andover Bedroom Set in Dark Oak

Traditional four-poster presence in dark oak

The Andover builds a formal traditional bedroom around a queen four-poster bed: grand turned posts, a serpentine-shaped headboard, and bun feet, all in a dark oak finish that lets the grain read through. The one-drawer nightstand with its open lower shelf, the eight-drawer dresser, and the framed dresser mirror repeat the same finish and gunmetal hardware, so the room arrives coordinated.

Why it works

Storage drawers glide smoothly on metal extension glides, and the top drawers are felt lined for jewelry and keepsakes. Solid pine with oak veneer gives the set the weight and surface character of a long-running traditional line, and the gunmetal hardware adds a quiet modern contrast against the dark wood.

Best for

Primary bedrooms in traditional, colonial, and transitional homes that want a stately bed as the focal point, with the full matched case set in one purchase.

A four-poster set that anchors the room

At 65 by 91.25 inches the poster bed fills a queen room without crowding it, and the 58-inch dresser leaves a broad top for the mirror and daily essentials. Browse more bedroom sets, or shop the wider bedroom furniture collection to complete the room.
