Hartley 95-Inch Fully Upholstered Classic Sofa

Upholstery everywhere, wood nowhere

The Hartley commits: a 95-inch classic sofa with upholstery on every surface – no exposed wood legs, no metal trim, no mixed materials competing for attention. The fully upholstered outer frame cradles the seat and finishes the piece from every angle, which makes it made for open plans where the sofa’s back is always on display. It’s tailoring as the entire design language.

The 95-inch anchor piece

Ninety-five inches is anchor territory – the sofa the whole room orients around. In Dover Crescent performance fabric (71% viscose, 17% polyester, 12% flax/linen), a subtly textured light neutral, it anchors without weighing down: the light tone keeps the substantial scale airy, and the performance weave withstands spills, stains, high traffic, and wear. Classic silhouette, neutral fabric, serious engineering – a long-term piece, not a trend piece.

Frequently asked questions

What is Dover Crescent?
Four Hands’ subtly textured light neutral performance fabric – a versatile off-white with enough texture to avoid reading flat.

Is light upholstery practical at 95 inches?
That’s what the performance weave is for – engineered against spills, stains, and high traffic. It’s built for households that actually live on their sofas.

Why fully upholstered instead of wood legs?
For open plans – when the back faces the room, upholstery looks intentional where legs would look unfinished. It’s the 360-degree sofa.

Does it work against a wall too?
Absolutely – the fully upholstered back just means it also works floating. Versatility, not limitation.
