Rue Low-Profile Modular Sofa in Deep Green

Nothing about the Rue stands tall. The back stays low, the seat runs as one long bench, and the rubberwood base lifts the whole frame a few inches off the floor on small wooden legs, so the sofa reads as a platform rather than a block. Deep green polyester covers the bench and the removable back cushions, and a topper of feather and fiber softens the foam core underneath. As a modular design, the Rue can regroup its pieces when the room changes. The full run stretches 136.2 inches wide.

Rue Low-Profile Modular Sofa in Deep Green

In an open plan, the Rue earns its keep as a boundary that does not close the room off: its low back separates the seating zone from the dining end while sightlines and conversation pass straight over the top. Facing the bench inward makes a deep lounge of the floor in front of it; backing the Rue to a wall turns all of its width into one long seat facing out. Shoppers planning a layout that can change with the household will find the Rue among KFROOMS’ modular sofa designs, and on a dark green bench that will host everything from laptops to board games, a Guardsman 5-Year Warranty is sound insurance against the spills and scratches daily use brings.

A Rubberwood Base Under a Floating Frame

The base is real rubberwood, run as an accent band under the frame instead of hidden behind upholstery, and the small wooden legs at its corners are what give the Rue its lifted, floating stance. Above the band, solid wood and plywood carry the bench, and two toss cushions come along to break up the long seat line. In the KFROOMS lineup of deep green sofas, the Rue runs long and low for a three-seat design: 136.2 inches wide and just 23.6 inches tall. Buyers can finance the Rue at checkout, paying for a very heavy sofa in monthly steps instead of one sum.

Seventy Percent Feather in the Topper Layer

The bench seat builds in two layers: a foam core for support, topped with a blend that runs 70 percent feather to 30 percent fiber, so the surface gives before the structure does. The seat sits 16.9 inches high and 31.5 inches deep, rated to a 1,200-pound capacity, and the back cushions remove for fluffing or cleaning underneath. At 254.5 pounds with assembly required, the Rue is the piece White Glove delivery exists for: the crew brings the pieces in, builds the sofa where it will live, and takes the packaging out. Moe’s backs the Rue with a 2-year warranty.
