No, we do not have a showroom. We are an online retailer. By selling furniture online we can avoid the usual overheads that come with most furniture stores. We sell nationwide to the continental US.
We offer delivery to the continental US.
We have free local delivery from our warehouses in Miami, Los Angeles & San Francisco. All our other delivery charges are based on the item and your shipping zip code. They can range from $80-$290. At check out, you can check your rate by putting in your address/zip code.
Yes, our delivery services are fully licensed and insured. If your building requires any certificates of insurance, just let us know and we will send it to you before the day of delivery.
Yes, our delivery teams are fully insured and offer a white glove service in most areas. They can deliver, assemble the furniture and remove the boxes and packaging. Once you place your order, you will receive an email regarding your delivery. The shipping company will notify you a delivery date and if you would like assembly. If you would like white glove assembly, you can book it through the shipping service.
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Affirm and Acima financing.
We ship from warehouses in Miramar, Florida San Francisco, California and City of Industry, California. Enter your zip code at check out to see your delivery rate.
Most items we have in stock, which will take 5-7 business days. If the item isn’t in our warehouse, it will take 10-15 business days for your order to arrive depending on your location.
For first time customers, if you join our mailing list, we give you a discount off your first order. If you are purchasing multiple items, we can give you a larger discount towards your order. We also have seasonal promotions during the hollidays through out the year. Contact us and we can send you over a coupon.
All our items have a factory warranty of 30 days. In which case, we will replace the damaged item asap with no additional charge to you. Some certain items have extended factory warranties based on the manufacturer. We also have an additional extended warranty available for purchase with your order. In which case, you will contact them with your account and they will work with you on your items.
You will receive an email right after you place order with your receipt. We will then contact you with the shipping company’s ETA for your order or you will be emailed a tracking number.
We work hard to keep every customer happy. However buying furniture, directly from the wholesaler at these prices does mean there are no returns without damage. If your furniture is damaged, we can replace it with the same exact item within 30 days. Our 30 day warranty does not include customer wear and tear. If you purchased the extended warranty and need a repair or replacement, contact your provided warranty company. All sales are final, however some wholesalers offer a return, in which a 25% restocking fee is applied. (Must enquire before placing order to ensure this). Once the furniture has been delivered and assembled, there cannot be any returns. Custom/modular sectionals are final sale. Please enquire if you have questions about your item before purchasing to confirm the restocking policy. There is a $25 cancellation fee.
