All our delivery charges are based on the item and your shipping zip code. They can range from $80-$290. At check out, you can check your rate by putting in your address/zip code. 

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Klarna Financing & Acima financing.

Most items we have in stock, which will take 5-7 business days. If the item isn’t in our warehouse, it will take 10-15 business days for your order to arrive depending on your location. 

All our items have a factory warranty of 30 days. In which case, we will replace the damaged item asap with no additional charge to you. Some certain items have extended factory warranties based on the manufacturer. We also have an additional extended warranty available for purchase with your order with our Warranty company. In which case, you will contact them with your account and they will work with you on your items.

You will receive an email right after you place order with your receipt. We will then contact you with the shipping company’s ETA for your order or you will be emailed a tracking number.

Yes, our delivery team is fully insured and offer a white glove service. They can deliver, assemble the furniture and remove the boxes and packaging. Once you place your order, you will receive an email regarding a quote for assembly and if you would like to add that. We can either send you an invoice or you can pay the delivery team cash once they arrive.

No, we do not have a showroom. We are an online retailer. By selling furniture online we can avoid the usual overheads that come with most furniture stores. We ship nationwide to the continental US.
