Free Local Delivery
Free delivery includes bringing your order inside your home and into any room. We also offer our “White Glove Delivery” which includes complete set-up and garbage removal. Price of the “White Glove Delivery” varies depending on items and order. Once your order is placed, we can usually deliver free of charge to Miami, Los Angeles & San Francisco area.
Making sure the Furniture is in perfect condition
We start by picking up our orders directly from the manufacturer and inspect them for damages or defects. Once we have determined the furniture is in perfect condition we bring it to our warehouse. If your order is being shipped to you outside Florida or California, we apply extra foam to the inside and outside of the boxes for added protection. We take these extra precautions to ensure our beautiful furniture will arrive to our customers quickly and in perfect condition.
White Glove Assembly
A standard freight service typically offers a curbside delivery, while a white glove delivery service includes premium carrier service for bulky items that need to be delivered, set up, or installed. Whether our customers need help with moving or are worried about installation, assembly, or heavy lifting of bulky items, white glove delivery is the solution. White Glove delivery is a broad term used to describe a wide range of additional services that logistics companies offer. These services go over-and-above their regular pick-up and delivery options. This involves treating every package very delicately, installing the furniture and removing all boxes and packaging.
We offer a variety of home delivery options you can provide to your customer, including custom solution to fit your unique business. All of our deliveries are scheduled 24 hours in advance with the consignee. Curbside Delivery- Delivery of furniture to the curb in front or into the customer’s garage. Threshold Delivery- Delivery of furniture into the entrance of the house or building, into the first room available. White Glove Delivery of the furniture into the customer’s room of choice, includes one flight of stairs, un-packaging and removal of debris.
Tracking Your Order
If you live outside of Miami or California you will receive a tracking number to track your furniture as it transfers across the country to your home. Order tracking is a feature that allows customers to follow the progress of their order in real-time, from when it’s placed to the moment it finally arrives on their doorstep. Usually, the shipping service we use in your area will give you periodic updates on the status of the order either via email or SMS, starting with the initial order confirmation.
Receiveing your Tracking number
Because everyone has access to the same information, this ensures that there’s no confusion between customers or support staff regarding whether an order has been shipped or when it’s supposed to arrive. Customers will usually receive tracking updates when the following milestones are reached:
